About the CC&Rs
The covenants, conditions and restrictions (CC&Rs) are the rules that govern life in Travis Ranch. Every homeowner agrees to them at closing, and the HOA's job is to enforce them to protect quality of life and property values.

MUD meetings
Travis Ranch is served by Kaufman County Municipal Utility Districts (MUDs) 5, 6 and 7, which set their own budgets and tax rates. Their meeting agendas and budget documents are shared here for homeowners.
