Neighbor since 2021

Andy brings dedication to the community and a strong commitment to transparency, accountability and positive progress.

Why I joined the board
I wanted to join the first homeowner board to help set a solid precedent for the future.
What I love about Travis Ranch
My neighbors and the strong sense of community we’ve built.
My goal this year
To see crime rates keep going down, as they have for the past year or so, and to see our collective property values go up.

For HOA questions, please contact the property manager rather than individual board members.

Isaiah Brown, Vice President

Vice President

Isaiah Brown

Second term on the board

Neighbor since 2021

Isaiah brings continued dedication to the community and a strong commitment to transparency, accountability and positive progress.

Why I joined the board
When I moved here in 2021, the neighborhood was dealing with crime like vehicle break-ins. As a Forney ISD teacher at the time, I wanted to help create a more positive environment for kids and families. In my second term I’m focused on engagement, improving security, supporting the rental cap and strengthening Travis Ranch’s reputation.
What I love about Travis Ranch
We moved here from Little Elm and have loved it ever since. The neighbors are friendly, the community keeps growing, and we’re always spending time together while the kids play.
My goal this year
A homeowner-driven community, not one dominated by investors. I want Travis Ranch known as a great place to live, one people are proud of.
Something fun about me
I taught for 8 years before becoming a loan officer. I have a psychology degree from Florida Tech and a master’s from Texas Tech, played tennis for 12 years, and enjoy grilling during football season and country music.

For HOA questions, please contact the property manager rather than individual board members.

Brooke Elkon-Sahli, Treasurer

Treasurer

Brooke Elkon-Sahli

First term on the board

Neighbor since 2019

Brooke steps into her first term with a strong passion for the community and a commitment to transparency and accountability.

Why I joined the board
I care about how our community is run and believe homeowners deserve transparency, accountability and a voice in decisions that affect their homes and investments. I love my neighbors and this community and felt compelled to help make a difference.
What I love about Travis Ranch
The potential of this community: the people, the location and everything it can become. I adore the lake, lakeside living, and the pace and opportunities we have here.
My goal this year
Better communication and visibility, from events and meetings to answers to questions. Clearer updates on where funds are going and which projects are prioritized, so homeowners feel informed instead of left in the dark.
Something fun about me
I’m a huge animal lover who enjoys feeding the fish at the lake and handling snakes, including my pet, Luci. I’m always happy to help neighbors with unwanted critters, even in a business suit!

For HOA questions, please contact the property manager rather than individual board members.

Why I joined the board
To help drive positive change. Being part of the first homeowner-led board gave me the chance to make our community safer and more welcoming.
What I love about Travis Ranch
Walking my dogs and enjoying the neighborhood and the dog park.
My goal this year
Continue enforcing the 10% rental cap and complete the CC&R vote so we can plan future community amenities.
Something fun about me
I’m a classically trained cellist, I teach orchestra, and I love to travel.

Casey Page, Director

Director

Casey Page

Second term on the board

Neighbor since 2015

Casey brings continued dedication to the community and a strong commitment to transparency, accountability and positive progress.

Why I joined the board
Many friends moved away over safety concerns. When rental cap restrictions passed in 2019, that mattered, and I joined the board to help enforce them and make our community safer.
What I love about Travis Ranch
For the price, it’s one of the best communities in Forney: low HOA dues, newer homes, great access to Rockwall, and 17 acres of lakefront access on Lake Ray Hubbard. (The school-morning traffic, not so much.)
My goal this year
Stronger communication and engagement between the board and homeowners. Meeting turnout and voting participation are low, and improving both is a key focus.
Something fun about me
I’m a programmer and business owner, I’m learning Spanish, and I played rugby from college on. These days it’s indoor soccer in Rockwall. Never thought I’d end up on an HOA board!

For HOA questions, please contact the property manager rather than individual board members.
