Who we are

Travis Ranch is a master-planned community along Lake Ray Hubbard, with views of the lake and the Dallas skyline in the distance. It's part of Forney, one of the fastest-growing cities in the country, so the area's shops, roads and services keep expanding around us.

Neighbors enjoy two community pools, a splash park, a covered pavilion, a dog park, sports courts and fields, playgrounds, and access to the lake for fishing.

Forney ISD serves the neighborhood, and John M. Lewis Elementary is right on site.

How the HOA works

The Travis Ranch Property Owners Association is run by a volunteer board of directors elected by homeowners, with day-to-day management handled by Action Property Management. Board elections happen once a year, and board meetings are open to homeowners online. Check the events list for the next meeting.
