Basketball and Pickleball Courts are now open!!! Sports Court Access: Access is granted through the PaxtonApp. If you already have the Paxton App and have access to the Pool, then you can access the Sports Court. If you do not, please follow instructions below – one registration per user. Children over the age of 16 that reside in the same home, must have the homeowner of record complete the registration form on the Travis Ranch website and provide a form of ID with age and residency. Submit these to poolkeys@essexhoa.com.
The Dog Park is open!!! Dog Park Registration / Access: If you would like to utilize the park and have not already done so, please fill out the registration form and provide proof of rabies vaccine, as well as tag number for each pup – to TravisRanch@Essexhoa.com, then Paxton access will be given. Please see below on installing the Paxton APP. NOTE: When the vaccine expires, so will access to the Dog Park, so please send updated records.

INSTRUCTIONSTO INSTALL MOBILE CREDENTIAL FOR POOL AND SPORTS COURT ACCESS
The following information below is your step-by-step process for getting mobile credentials to access your Community Pool. Prior to proceeding with the step-by-step, you must complete and return the updated Pool Access Request Form& Download the “Paxton Key” mobile App.
IMPORTANT!!!
This is only good for ONE REGISTRATION PER USER. Cannot be used on multiple devices. For additional users, you must contact us via email at poolkeys@essexhoa.com to get additional users added to the account.
1. Once the completed Pool Key Request Form is received in our office, you will receive an email from the following email “Paxton – support@paxton10portal.com”. Be sure to check your spam folder!
2.Download the “Paxton Key” App from the Apple Store or the Android Play Store.

3. Once it’s installed, go back to the email, and follow step 2 in the email.
A registration code will be provided via email from support@paxton10portal.com. Once you click on “register” it takes you to the APP and it auto populates your registration code.

PLEASENOTE: POLITICAL SIGNAGE IS PROHIBITED IN YARDS & COMMON AREAS*. They are approved at the entrance of Travis Ranch on the daycare side and in front of Fieldcrest by the retention pond.
*Travis Ranch Board Member Candidates may post 24x24 signage for their candidacy. Board signs can be placed at every entrance as long as they do not block the vision of traffic turning onto FM740 and must be taken down within one (1) week of the election. Front yard signs are allowed during the Travis Ranch Board election period, but removed after the election.
