As the Managing Agent for Travis Ranch Property Owners Association, Inc., we are writing to inform all Owners the rental restriction maximum allowed under the Association’s governing documents has been met and no additional requests for renting or leasing a property within the Travis Ranch Property Owners Association are being accepted at this time. The Association reached its rental / leasing maximum around August 2020 and has worked hard to keep the leasing maximum within the percentage guidelines. The Association monitors rental / leasing activity very closely and will notify an Owner when it is believed a violation to the rental / leasing rules has occurred.
