ADVISORY COMMITTEE
The Committee functions in an important advisory role to the HOA and its Management Company (Essex Management, LLC.) on issues of importance to the Travis Ranch community. In addition to their own observations its members become aware of issues through information from residents. It then reviews these issues and works to resolve them, frequently through cooperation with the Management Company (Essex). The committee strives to foster a friendly, caring environment in the community while supporting meaningful neighborhood standards, usually as set forth in the governing documents (CC&R's). Where appropriate, it works with the Management Company (Essex) to help enforcement policies to be effective in their basic purpose while minimizing needless impacts on the everyday lives of its residents.
COMMUNICATIONS COMMITTEE
Keep the entire community informed of important community events, as well as city, state, and county items of interest to homeowners.
SOCIAL COMMITTEE
The Social Committee's function is to plan and manage social events for all residents of the community and their families, especially the children, to meet one another, share fun, and promote community spirit. It will also organize and promote several community-wide garage sales each year.
Sub Committee - Welcome Committee
Initiates and organizes welcome packets for the new homeowners in the community.
POOL/AMENITIES COMMITTEE
To promote a clean, safe, functional environment by working with Essex HOA to communicate what is happening at the pool/amenities. To make sure that only residents are using the pool in a manner that is safe and which allows all residents to enjoy the pool.
