Annual Fee Assessments: These letters have been mailed and should be received within the next week. Please note the increase to $395.00 and they will be considered “late” on January 31st or after. We know the economy is presently straining, so there is a payment plan option on the website: Payment Plan Request Form (travisranchhoa.com)

Travis Ranch Entry Wall Repair: This project will begin in January, weather permitting. The entire section of the wall from the Travis Ranch main entrance at FM 740 to Bend Court will be replaced. This work is scheduled to begin on January 8th and last approximately six (6) weeks. There will be a lane closed during demolition and occasionally for supply drop-off.

Travis Ranch ‘official’ Facebook Page: We will be sending out an email blast at the beginning of the year with access to the official Travis Ranch Facebook page. This page will be for information only and will have links/updates, etc. to relevant data on the Travis Ranch Website. We are hoping this will help with communications and transparency within our community.

Compliance: We have also increased compliance driving within the community as it has grown in the last years. We have expanded from two (2) days per month to eight (8) days per month to assist with home maintenance and increasing our property values throughout the community. In January, we will be sharing a new expedited process, including project breakdown and materials for trash container screenings through ACC (Architectural Control Committee) acc@essexhoa.com.

Community Association Manager: There is also a new onsite manager, Charmaine Moran and Essex new office is located on Lake Ray Hubbard Drive, enabling her to address issues in the community immediately. A complete notice will be sent in the New Year.

Raines County Road: As of December 14th, the owner’s side of the street has been completed and they are presently working on the soccer park side. This project should be completed by year-end, weather permitting. This will allow easier access to the Dog Park!
