ROAD CONSTRUCTION: Occurring October 23, 2023 thru December 31, 2023
Beginning Monday, October 23, 2023 Raines County Road to Grimes intersection will be closed to thru traffic. Please utilize San Marcos as an alternate entrance into the Community from FM 740.
Rains Country Road and both sidewalks will be closed through the end of the year. The crew will first focus on the homeowners side of the road, including the sidewalks and base of their driveways. Once this section is complete, they will move to the other side of the roadway by the soccer and dog parks, including the sidewalk. This will also include the intersection at Grimes Drive.
The intersections of Callahan Drive at Norias and Callahan Drive at Spofford will be repaired during this time (please use San Antonio), as well as, the corner turn of Lavaca and Ganado Drives (please use Panorama).
Thank you for your patience with the crews as these necessary road repairs are completed.
