Travis Ranch Towing

This is a friendly notice to let you know that the HOA will begin towing operations for vehicles on Travis Ranch streets this month.
Any vehicles that are unregistered or inoperable will be towed.
Any vehicles parked on Travis Ranch streets are subject to the HOA parking and towing restrictions.
Vehicles may be towed if they are:
1. Unlicensed/Unregistered – vehicles without license plates or with expired stickers.
2. Inoperable – vehicles with flat tires or otherwise need obvious repairs to operate.
3. Abandoned – vehicles which have not moved for extended period of time.
4. Commercial vehicles – DOT Class 4 or greater (GVWR of >14,001 lbs) or those intended for transport of more than 15 passengers.
The HOA will attempt to identify and contact owners before towing any vehicle. The HOA is not always able to identify the owner of all vehicles and will tow the vehicle if no response is received from the vehicle owner.
If your vehicle receives an orange sticker,
DO NOT IGNORE THIS WARNING!

All towed vehicles can be reclaimed ONLY by calling the towing company and paying their towing fees and storage charges.
