Road Repairs (weather permitting): RainsCounty – completed, just a bit of clean-up left to do. Norias and Callahan – the second side of theroad is being completed next week. Lavaca and Ganado became a larger repair dueto a large void under the center of the road so it is being repaired almost upto Maypearl and should be completed by the end of March. NEXT:Spofford / Callahan has begun (several sections to repair). MUD is presently surveying all roadways inDistrict 4, 5 & 6. They are compilinga list of specific groups (urgent, etc.) and will let us know when repairs willbegin and where.
740 North and South Fence Repair / Re-Staining: Thisproject will start from Rains County Road and go the length of the Travis RanchCommunity, ending at Hartley Drive. Anyonewhose back fence faces 740 received an email and a flyer on their door withdetails. The first section will beginMarch 22nd and completed by the end of April (weather permitting).
Tecula Pool: The second pool located at 2002Tecula Drive and Travis Ranch Boulevard is around halfway completed. The playground and pergolas have beeninstalled and they are working on the decking and landscaping. We hope this will be completedby May!
Basketball and Pickleball Courts ACCESS FOR CHILDREN. We have noticed children are climbing overthe turnstile daily at the Sports Court.This is a safety issue and is very worrisome. Please register your children and have thePaxton App on their phone, so they may enter the park (see below).
SportsCourt Access: Access is grantedthrough the Paxton App. If you alreadyhave the Paxton App and have access to the Pool, then you can access the SportsCourt. If you do not, please follow instructions below – one registration peruser. Children over the age of 16 thatreside in the same home, must have the homeowner of record complete the registration formPoolAccess (travisranchhoa.com) and provide a form of ID with age and residency. Submit these to poolkeys@essexhoa.com.
INSTRUCTIONSTO INSTALL MOBILE CREDENTIAL FOR POOL AND SPORTS COURT ACCESS
Thefollowing information below is your step-by-step process for getting mobilecredentials to access your Community Pool. Prior to proceeding with thestep-by-step, you must complete and return the updated Pool Access Request Form& Download the “Paxton Key” mobile App.
IMPORTANT!!!
Thisis only good for ONE REGISTRATION PER USER. Cannot be used on multiple devices.For additional users, you must contact us via email at poolkeys@essexhoa.com toget additional users added to the account.
1. Once the completed Pool KeyRequest Form is received in our office, you will receive an email from thefollowing email “Paxton – support@paxton10portal.com”. Be sure to check your spam folder!
2.Download the “Paxton Key” App from the Apple Store or the Android Play Store.
3. Onceit’s installed, go back to the email, and follow step 2 in the email.
A registration code will beprovided via email from support@paxton10portal.com.Once you click on “register” it takes you to the APP and it auto populates yourregistration code.
