• NOT OPEN MEMORIAL DAY: The main pool is open this weekend and then 7-days a week beginning May 28th through Labor Day weekend!!! There were many issues last weekend at the pool which were addressed as follows:
• Violators to the rules (posted) will be given two to three warnings then will leave the pool / sports court for a specific time frame to be determined depending on the offense
• Constables will remove the violators, if necessary
• Anyone who puts hands on other guests, monitors or security guards are banned for the summer or further depending on severity
• 16 and under MUST have an adult present to enter the pool
• Pool attire/clothing is required to enter, no cut-offs, t-shirts, etc.
• No backpacks - they may be placed along the gate outside the pool and all other bags may be inspected
• Four guests PER HOME, not per person
• Homeowners are responsible for their guests (a removal of a guest consists of the entire party leaving)
• “Time-out” of pool for 20 minutes for cleaning, adding chlorine, as needed will occur occasionally
• The Boil – Water notice DID NOT apply to Travis Ranch, please disregard.
• Republic Trash will continue service on Memorial Day for those with Monday pick-up
• Essex is closed for Memorial Day and the Community Association Manager, Charmaine will be out of the office on Thursday and Friday (May 30-31)
• The streetlight night drive was completed on Monday evening and a total of 17 lights were out in the community (repair requests were ordered)
• New Committees are up for discussion and approval: Welcome Committee – approved and functioning, Landscape Committee, and Sports Committee – VOLUNTEERS NEEDED (email TravisRanch@EssexHOA.com )
• Due to rain the footers for the benches are being installed today and the benches will be installed tomorrow (Saturday) as well as the trash cans - all completed this weekend
• Electric is being completed today for the Teen Section and construction will begin around June 3rd (South corner of Common Area at 1000 San Antonio Drive) there will be two covered picnic tables, two trash cans and two charging stations surrounded by a small fence on the backside and crushed granite under the tables
• The stop light at San Marcos Drive has been installed and MUD will turn it on in a week
• Sunnyside Drive in Fieldcrest is temporarily closed due to construction on Hwy 80 Service Road
• Community Wide Garage Sale is scheduled for the weekend of May 31- June 1st
• Summer Splash has been announced for June 8th from 11-2pm and signage has been placed throughout the community (REGISTER FOR WATER BALLOONS) or check the website https://travisranchhoa.com/ for more details

Up next:

• TR monument sign is to be rehung at Silsbee Court this coming week
• Gate housing the TR transformer at Concan and TR Blvd will be repaired
• Red handprints on the monument wall at Grimes and TR Blvd will be removed
• Choose vendor(s) for 740 Fencing Repair/Replace and Pour and Play for the main playground
• Streetlights (17) will be repaired by Oncor, FEC and our electrical team
• Vendor has been chosen for Teen section and work begins in June
