CLEMENS/460 at Hwy 80 will be closed this weekend – no entrance or exit from Hwy 80!!!
The following projects have been completed this week in the Community:
• The main pool is opening on May 18th just for the weekends until after Memorial Day!!!
• This is being added as a banner to all pages on the Travis Ranch website: LEASING IN TRAVIS RANCH is not authorized at this time due to the 10% cap being reached in 2020 (the 10% are grandfathered properties), please do not lease your home to avoid violations and fines!!!
• MUD (Municipal Utilities District) has approved funding for all crosswalks to be repainted; speed signs and no commercial vehicles signs to be placed at all community entrances. (No funding on fire hydrant repainting)
• New Committees are up for discussion and approval: Welcome Committee, Landscape Committee, Sports Committee and Communications Committee – VOLUNTEERS NEEDED (email TravisRanch@EssexHOA.com )
• The Sports Court dome camera has been installed to allow a larger visual range
• Signs have been ordered for the second pool, as well as access QR codes for registration of sports court and pool
• Installation dog stations and trash cans in the newer areas of the community has been completed and benches will be done this weekend (weather permitting)
• Fence pickets on the South side repairs have been completed from the Atmos greenspace to Bend Court.
• The stop light at San Marcos Drive has been installed and MUD will turn it on in a week
• Sunnyside Drive in Fieldcrest is temporarily closed due to construction on Hwy 80 Service Road
• Community Wide Garage Sale is scheduled for the weekend of May 31- June 1st
• Summer Splash has been announced for June 8th from 11-2pm and signage has been placed throughout the community (REGISTER FOR WATER BALLOONS)
• Vendor has been chosen for Teen section and work begins in the coming weeks (South corner of Common Area at 1000 San Antonio Drive)
Up next:
• TR monument sign is to be rehung at Silsbee Court
• Gate housing the TR transformer at Concan and TR Blvd will be repaired
• Red hand prints on the monument wall at Grimes and TR Blvd will be removed
• Electric will be run for the teen section
• Quarterly, night drive to review all streetlights / monument lighting, etc. postponed due to rain
• Choose vendor(s) for 740 Fencing Repair/Replace and Pour and Play for the main playground
