Call for Candidates

We are pleased to announce that a Virtual Annual Election Meeting of the Members has been scheduled. The purpose of the meeting will be to elect one (1) member to the Board of Directors and to discuss normal business of the Association. This notice is to provide Class A Members who are interested in serving on the Board of Directors the opportunity to submit a completed Candidacy form.
If you would like to nominate yourself or another Member as a candidate for the Board of Directors, please complete the enclosed form and return it, using one of the available methods listed below. Due to the meeting being held virtually, floor nominations and write-in candidates will not be accepted during the meeting, therefore, it is very important that all Candidacy Forms be returned by or before Thursday, November 4, 2021, at 5:00 p.m., to have your name placed on the Ballot.

After November 4, 2021, we will send the Annual Election Meeting Packet, which will include the Notice with the instructions for registering/logging into the meeting. Please return the Candidacy form as soon as possible, if you are interested in running for the open seat on the Board of Directors.
