Effective September 1, 2016, The Board of Directors chose to amend the Collection Policy for Travis Ranch HOA to include verbiage which will allow the Association to send delinquent account information for Credit Reporting. This information can be located under Section 9 on page 3 of the new policy. On October 4, 2016 every homeowner was either mailed or emailed a letter explaining the new Collection Policy as well as a copy of the Policy. Should you have any questions regarding the new Collection Policy, please email info@essexhoa.com for further information. To view your account online please click on the “View My Account” tab at www.essexhoa.com you will need your 7 Digit Account Number to create an account. If you believe that you have a past due balance, please contact your Billing Manager at Madison@essexhoa.com.

We hope you have been enjoying your summer pool season! The pool will remain open through Sunday, October 9th for your enjoyment. As a reminder, please contact Essex Association Management, L.P. regarding pool parties and pool card / band requests or questions. Please follow the pool rules that are posted in the pool area as well as on the website. We want everyone to enjoy their time at the pool and be safe. The pool will officially close for the season at the end of Sunday, October 9, 2016. Please contact Essex Association Management, L.P. should you have any questions.

The Travis Ranch pool is currently closed due to contamination. We continue to be diligent about the residents health and will need to close the pool on 6/10 and will re-open the pool on 6/11 at 12pm. In order for the pool to filter and regain normal/safe chemical levels, the pool must be closed.
